Kayak Fishing DISASTER! HIDING Deep In The WOODS!

Today started off innocently enough. Matt headed out to explore a brand new lake from the kayak. He’s checked the weather and has a beautiful day ahead, it should be great! Only... that's not what happens! Come along for a day on the water packed with the worst weather ever! Its so bad Matt has to hide in the woods... twice! 

He's able to regain his composure between storm fronts. He catches quite a few fish along the way and has some excellent tackle and gear tips for anglers fishing from kayaks, small boats, and even bank fishing. But over and over again waves of horrendous weather come in, ultimately forcing him to abandon his efforts as thunder and lightning pour down around him.

Fishing When Its HOT ( Let's Find These Bass! )

Come along on a hot July afternoon as we do some Summer bass fishing on Lake Chickamauga. Think you can't catch them when its hot? Think again! Watch as we break down the lake, build several patterns, and catch fish both deep and shallow despite of the heat. 

Summer bass fishing doesn't have to be tough. We know where the bass are positioning, its just a matter of getting them to bite. Matt begins by developing a solid offshore pattern. Once he's confident he can keep catching fish he completely shifts gears, moves shallow and starts the process over. Before long, he's got two solid patterns in completely different areas, and both are producing nice quality fish.

From which docks hold all the fish, to which baits you should you throw, we're covering everything you need to know about dock fishing! Don't waste time fishing the wrong docks. Don't fish the pilings in the wrong order and catch less fish! Dock fishing is full of subtle nuances that really matter and today we're going to help you eliminate all the guess work. 

The next time you're going to fish around docks remember the fine details in today's video. Fish older docks. Fish corner docks and docks at the ends of long runs of similar structures. Focus on docks that are up off the water so you can skip back under them. When it comes to pilings, focus on the closest pilings to you first, then work your way to the farthest pilings.
