How Fish React To Different Jigs!!! Amazing Underwater Bite Footage!!

The strikes are violent! We headed underwater with a variety of jigs to see how different bass would react. Largemouth and Smallmouth both aggressively attack a jig with tenacity rarely seen with other lures. Depending on how you rig it, a jig can imitate a crawdad, a bluegill, or a variety of other prey species. Watch how these different fish attack everything from a large pitchin' jig down to the smallest of finesse football jigs.

Do you fish a jig? Some anglers love them, others struggle to find consistent success. After watching how these fish react, its clear that a jig should have a permanent place in your arsenal! Two keys to a jig's effectiveness are its adaptability and its weedless characteristics. With a handful of different head designs a jig can be adapted virtually any circumstance.

Pay close attention to which jigs and trailers these fish were most aggressive with. Also pay attention to which retrieves/hops triggered the most aggressive bites. Below is a breakdown of all the baits and trailers used in the video (In order of appearance), along with color recommendations for each. Amazing Underwater Footage!! Crazy Bass Strikes on Creature Baits!!

Let's head underwater and watch how bass react to some of our favorite baits! In today's underwater video we've Texas-Rigged some of the most popular creature baits on the market and are presenting them to largemouth and smallmouth bass. Do you ever wonder what your baits look like underwater? Have you wondered what movements get the most bites? Come underwater with us and find out!

Amazing Underwater Footage of 8 Big Swimbaits!

Come underwater and see why bass eat swimbaits! Are you fishing with the right swimbait this Spring? All 8 baits have completely different kicks and profiles. Some baits focus on realism, others focus on secondary action. Which baits are which and when should you use them? Today's underwater footage will give you the confidence you need to throw swimbaits for bass in the prespawn.

Today's underwater footage is broken into two segments. The first is what we call "wedge tail" baits. These baits are characterized by a slow, methodical kick with tight action and realistic paint jobs. The focus is on realism and relies heavily on a bass' desire to feed. The second is focused on "boot tails". These baits tend to have wider kicks, body roll, and vibration. Boot tailed baits are focused on triggering a reaction strike rather than eliciting a desire to feed. Both methods are incredibly effective at different times and should be represented in a serious swimbait angler's arsenal.

In today's video we chose these 8 baits because of their unique actions and appearances. Each of these baits are proven fish catchers and should be considered when deciding on the right option for your fishery. Below you'll find a breakdown of all 8 baits including the gear we use to rig them, the rods and reels we use, as well as color recommendations for each.
