Early Spring Bass Fishing! Chatterbait vs Underspin For Early Season Bass!

Jump in the boat with Tim for some early Spring bass fishing! A warming trend is moving through and Tim isn't missing the chance to catch fish without all the heavy Winter gear that he's been wearing for months. Take the ride with him as he enjoys the weather and dials in an awesome chatterbait bite!

Early Spring is all about locating staging fish. As Tim highlighted today, these fish are often concentrated in small areas. When you're around them, the fishing is amazing! However, if you make a wrong turn and lose track of the fish, the lake can feel empty. Don't be afraid to cover water until you locate quality fish, then catch as many as you can! Tim's primary bait today was the red chatterbait. The fish were knocking slack in his line as they battled to eat the bait first!

Early Spring Cold Water Bass Fishing Tricks With Matt And Tim!

The first wave of fish are already moving into the shallows, and most people have no idea! Jump in the boat with Matt and Tim for a fun day of Early Spring fishing! The guys are on a mission to target early Spring pre-spawn fish, despite frigid air temperatures! When everyone else is thinking about slowing down, the guys quickly dial in a chatterbait and lipless crankbait bite!

This is the time of year that you get to choose your fishing style. Most guys on the lake are finesse fishing, but you don't have to join them! Move shallow, grab faster moving baits in bold colors, and dial in an awesome early season pattern! As Matt explained in the end of the video, the exact color of "bold" bait has to do with the water color on your lake. If it's stained, throw the really bright stuff, if its clearer, throw the see-through tones.

Early Prespawn Bass Fishing! Tips, Baits, and BIG Bass!

Come along for an awesome day on the lake with Matt and Adam! Matt is visiting Southern California and the bass here are transitioning ahead of the rest of the country. The prespawn bite is wide open! The guys employ a variety of techniques, with the majority of bass being caught on shallow crankbaits... except for that BIG one!

Prespawn is one of the best times of year to catch bass! They can be caught on a variety of power fishing techniques, as long as you keep pursuing active fish. Adam knows these waters well and it doesn't take long for the duo to start catching quality fish! The main plan was a combination of shallow and mid diving crankbaits, but when the guys went out deep for a few minutes they struck gold with a 7 lber on a strolling bait!

Early Spring Bass Fishing! Building Patterns To Catch More Fish!

Come along for an awesome day of early Spring bass fishing! Conditions have cooled, bass have backed off, but Matt is going to figure out how to catch them! Watch how he dials in a pattern throughout the day and catches some really nice fish on a variety of baits!

The key today was adapting to changing conditions instead of forcing a pattern. Once Matt analyzed where each successful bite came from, he was able to isolate a pattern that worked with a variety of different baits. From the Underspin, to the A–Rig, to the jerkbait, he was able to catch some really nice bass and have a great day on the water.
