Spring Bass Fishing Gear Review: Vision 110+2, Aldebaran MGL, crankbaits...

Spring is here and its time to talk about new gear! From jerkbaits to reels, to apparel, we've got you covered on a bunch of awesome new items for 2019! This time of year is all about getting dialed in and many of us do that with new tackle. We hope this guide will help you make solid choices as you prepare to head to the lake.

This video starts out with a great new offering from Reaction Innovations. The Shiver Glide is the upsized version of the already popular Shiver Shot. Next comes T-H marine's Eliminator Prop Nut, designed to eliminate vibration in trolling motors. After that we jump into split ring pliers and look no further than the Executive Split Ring Pliers by Texas Tackle. Its amazing the difference a good pair of pliers makes!

We continue to expand from there looking at Aftco's Hydronaut suit and many more items. Everything discussed in the video is broken down and linked below.

Tackle Prep Tips For Spring Bass Fishing

Quit waiting until the last minute! Get your tackle prepped early this year and you'll be ready for Spring. Don't wait until products are backordered in March and April to find out you're out of hooks, worms, or that favorite jerkbait. Spend a little time organizing your gear now and it will pay off in the long run.

Matt carries 4 "go boxes" with him all Spring long. Those 4 boxes contain swimbaits, treble hooks, assorted terminal tackle, and assorted hardbaits. This time of year its important to keep your tackle in waterproof boxes to avoid rust. These are the boxes we use...

Fall Tackle Review: Rods, Reels, Lures

Matt and Tim are on the water and they brought a boat load of new gear along! From new spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, and crankbaits, to rods and reels, they're spending the day exploring new equipment. Come along for a fun afternoon on the water!

The Shimano SLX and Dobyns Colt rods had already been fished but the rest of the tackle was brand new. Watch first hand as the guys have to adjust reels, dial in baits, and figure out how to adapt to fish that are difficult to pattern.
