Post Spawn Bass Fishing! Chatterbait, Neko, and Dropshot Tips!

Jump in the boat with Tim and JD for an amazing day on the water! Multiple giant bass were caught, and not on the baits you'd expect. From chatterbaits, to swimbaits, to dropshot and neko rigs, the fishing was on fire! bass fishing is amazing this time of year if you know where to look!

The key today was targeting bass around isolated offshore structure. The guys were using the wind to their advantage, drifting outside flats, and casting to visual cover and structure. While the reaction bite was absolutely on fire, the biggest bass came on the finesse presentations. Together, it made for a really fun day on the water.

The Neko Rig continues to gain popularity! This highly adaptable finesse presentation has earned its place on the deck of the boat, even for guys that prefer to power fish. It can be fished shallow, deep, or around cover. It's simple to rig, easy to fish, and bass love it! Here's what you need to know about this overlooked technique.

Neko Rig Tricks For Stubborn Winter Bass + Power Fishing Confidence Baits

Summer Worm Fishing! Neko Rig vs. Power Shot!

Come along for a fun day of bass fishing! Tim has big plans to power fish, but the fish have something else in store! Watch how Tim adapts to changing conditions, identifies a pattern, and catches BIG fish in tough weather. It's amazing what you can do on the water when you read the conditions and adapt!

Today is a great example of how to build patterns. Tim certainly started off with preconceived notions, but he immediately realized he'd have to adapt. The first couple bites clued him in to the worm pattern, and it was a slugfest from then on! Between the neko rig and power shot, he caught a ton of fish, and a couple of giants!
