EPIC Bass Fishing On A Secret Lake In East Texas!

Imagine Texas bass fishing in the prespawn and you're the only anglers on the lake. Its amazing! We've all grown up watching TV shows of guys catching giant fish from private waters and we've all wondered what it would be like to experience that kind of fishing for a day. The crew at Briar Lakes was gracious enough to let us visit their ranch and we got to have that experience!

The boys dialed in a variety of different patterns. Bass were moving shallow and feeding aggressively. Topwater proved to be king for the big bites, while an underspin and chatterbait were key on deeper structures. Bass could be caught on almost anything they threw, but key baits still caught the best fish.

Where Bass Go In Early Spring! (And How To Catch Them)

Catch MORE BASS this Spring! Spring fishing is here and bass are on the move! Today we're explaining why the bass are transitioning and how to predict their movements in your local lake. Let us help you get ahead of them so you aren't one of the guys who's struggling during the prespawn. Before the spawn, bass are focused on feeding. As they transition from Winter haunts to Spring spawning grounds, there are key stops they make along the way. These stops are slightly different on reservoirs, lakes, and ponds. In today's video, Tim breaks different types of fisheries into 4 groups and explains how bass move in each scenario. Once you've identified which group your local lake, pond, or river fits into, you're ready to fish!
