Texas Rigging Tips, Tricks, and Gear - Full Seminar

Learn the basics or try our advanced methods to get better hookup ratio, a better presentation, and fine tune your patterns, its all in this jam-packed video. The Texas Rig is the most universal rig in bass fishing so of course there are tricks to make it more effective! Whether you're fishing a drop shot, punching heavy cover, or somewhere in the middle, these tips will help you catch more bass.

Matt uses a very simplified method of Texas rigging. He goes out of his way to stick with a wide gap hook for nearly all applications, only venturing between standard wire and superline (2x strong) wire. This allows his presentations to remain very consistent and saves a lot of baits.

Tim prefers a more adaptive method, favoring different hook styles for different baits and presentations. The advantages are an increased hookup ratio and more fine-tuned method. Both bass fishing styles have merit so be sure to listen closely and decide which method will benefit you the most.

Underwater Bass Fishing Footage + Fluke Fishing Tips

If you throw soft jerk baits you need to watch this video! Learn multiple ways to rig the fluke for different conditions as well as how to "trigger" a feeding response from wary bass. These fishing tricks work for Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Spotted Bass so be sure to give it a try the next time you're on the lake!

Jerkbait fishing is great for catching bass throughout the year. Its so versatile because you can fish it aggressively as a topwater, moderately as a soft jerkbait, or ultra slow like a weightless senko or on a Carolina Rig.

Our finesse jerkbait method allows you to hook fish more effectively and also allows you to use lighter line to catch pressured bass. This method has been extremely effective for us and we're confident it will help you improve your fishing as well.
