How To Catch The Biggest Bass In The Lake | Full Seminar 2018

Matt Allen teaches you step-by-step how to catch the biggest fish in the lake. From swimbaits, to jigs, to reaction baits, he teaches you the techniques and tricks you'll need to fool the biggest bass in your lake.

Its not complicated and anyone can do it, once you understand how to "trigger" a feeding response from bass instead of waiting for them to bite. From A-rigs to jerkbaits, jigs, and of course giant swimbaits, you'll learn exactly what it takes to consistently catch big bass.

This year the tank was extremely crowded (Thank you to each and every one of you that joined us in person for this seminar! We couldn't do this without you and we're so grateful you took time out of your day to come see us!) Because of the crowded conditions we were not able to get camera angles on the tank to show the fish's reactions to the bait. We apologize for the single camera angle but we hope you enjoy the information!

Late Winter A-Rig Tips To Locate Schooling Bass

Spring is fast approaching and before you know it the bass will be back in the shallows. How do you know when the transition is happening? Should you stay deep, should you move shallow, and where are the bass? When these questions begin creeping into your mind, look no farther than the A-rig.

Whether you like the A-rig or not, it will help you locate fish very efficiently in the late Winter and early pre-spawn. Once you've found the schools you can use a variety of other baits to catch them. The A-Rig is the BEST bait for finding active schools of bass that are on the move and for quickly identifying which fish are willing to feed.

The A-rig is here to stay so you may as well learn to use it to your advantage. The pre-spawn is prime time to put it to work for you.

How To Quickly Catch Bass On Any Lake!

Ever wondered how the pros show up on a new lake and immediately start catching fish? Developing patterns quickly is an art, but its not a secret. Once you learn the method, you can do it too! Matt explains his mindset as he develops a pattern on a cold winter day.

Matt explains how changing conditions have repositioned the fish in the lake but by applying a few keys baits a depth and location is quickly established. Your lake may look completely different but the information will apply whether you fish a river system, a tiny pond, or a giant reservoir in the South.

Blade Bait Basics: Winter Fishing Made Easy

The blade bait has been around since the early 80's but recent innovations have taken the technique to the next level. This technique could not only save your Winter, it could make it a lot more fun!

If your lakes aren't iced over, there is still time to throw these lures. Blades come in a variety of shapes and sizes but below you'll find a list of some of our favorites.

Damiki Vault: http://bit.ly/2rnO7e2
Binsky Blade: http://bit.ly/2mR2Vwe

If you enjoy throwing blade baits you'll probably also enjoy ice jigs and jigging spoons. Here are our favorite of each.

Most blade baits come with hardware that leaves something to be desired. We recommend cutting the hardware off and starting fresh.  We will replace the snap and hook hangers with Owner Hyperwire Split Rings to eliminate potential failures, then upgrade the hooks to maximize our effectiveness. Sizes vary based on the weight of the blade but most blades will have size 6 and 8 hooks, we recommend replacing them with size 4 and 6. For split rings we recommend either size 2 or 3. This is not an aggressive technique, you can slow play the fish so bend outs shouldn't be an issue once the gear is upgraded.
