How To Find And Catch Fish In Any Lake! (3 Key Patterns To Catch Bass)

From swimbaits, to jigs, to finesse baits, the guys have a blast, despite the freezing cold temperatures! If finding fish on a new lake is intimidating to you, this video will help.

The key to fishing new water is learning to identify patterns quickly. Matt and Tim quickly find 3 different ways to catch fish in this lake. Once they have options they quickly isolated the pattern that was catching the biggest fish, and dialed it in further with multiple baits. Fishing new water isn't hard, it just takes a different mentality. Keep in mind, these guys didn't go finesse fishing because they didn't know the lake, they picked up their power fishing rods and figured out how to catch big bass.

Bass Fishing Day On The Water! BIG LARGEMOUTH In Post Frontal, Cold, Windy Conditions!

Jump in the Skeeter with Tim for a great day of fishing! He's facing post frontal, windy conditions, but that won't stop him! Watch how he starts with a plan, then adapts to the changing conditions. Between the wind, the cold, the clouds, and the constant change, he manages to catch a great limit of fish, including a great big largemouth kicker!

These are the days when our fishing skills are tested. The fish aren't cooperating with Tim's plan, but he adapts and overcomes. By switching to slower moving, smaller presentations, he's able to coax a few fish into biting. He didn't get a ton of bites, but every bite resulted in a quality fish. The Keitech and the Spark Shad were the ticket today, but that jerkbait came in clutch as well.

Matt's Two-Bait Trick To Catch Big Bass In Fall!

Matt catches a GIANT BASS while exploring a new lake! Come along for an awesome day of Fall bass fishing! Matt didn't know what to expect as he started the day targeting quality Largemouth, but after making a run to the open water, he discovered an amazing Smallmouth bite as well!

The biggest mistake we see anglers make is they forget about Fall. What we mean is, they're so caught up in the struggles of September bass fishing, that when the bite starts changing, they aren't even looking for it. They're still out struggling on a tough pattern, not realizing that bass have moved shallow and the best bite of the year is happening in a cove around the corner! Don't get caught this year, keep pushing and searching for the Fall bite because if it hasn't already started on your lake, it's just around the corner.
